Who is Lifeline for

 

To refer a patient to Lifeline you can either:

   Give the patient (or their family) an information leaflet and recommend that they contact the team on 0151 298 2440 to arrange an installation

or

   Pass their details on to us (with their permission) and we will contact them, stating that you are recommending the Lifeline service for them. We will make all the installation arrangements thereafter.

 

We as OT's refer to VNC Lifeline regularly as we believe it enables our patients to remain in their own homes, allowing them to live safely and independently. It also gives relatives peace of mind knowing that they will be alerted immediately if crisis strikes. I would highly recommend the Lifeline alarm system as I see the positive effects it has, not only on my patients but on their wider support network
