Cost of the Service

Individual Customers

Anyone receiving Housing Benefit may be entitled to a free Remote Alarm (base unit & pendant) service through Supporting People funding. You should enquire through your Registered Social Landlord. Lifeline will be happy to provide this service for you.

Private customers have 2 options available:

  • Option 1 - Lifeline provide the equipment & monitoring. The monthly cost of a remote alarm is £12.96 - peace of mind for less than 50p per day!
  • Option 2 - You can choose to buy the equipment (£120 for a remote alarm system) and pay a reduced monitoring fee of £8.62 per month.

For either option there is a one-off installation and set-up fee of £25.

We can supply and install a Keysafe for a one-off payment of £50.

We can provide a Key Minding service for as little as £10 per quarter.

Customers wishing to add additional sensors or adaptations should contact us on 0151 298 2321, or use Call Back and we'll call you, to discuss costs under the two options.

Note: All costs are quoted net of VAT - most of our customers are exempt from paying VAT.

Payment Options

Customers can pay by Standing Order or on receipt of quarterly invoice by cheque or cash.
