We will listen to what you have to say and respond.

We actively use this feedback to gauge how we’re doing and perhaps areas where we could improve the service.

We regularly send satisfaction surveys, but we also gladly receive letters and cards of thanks during the year.

The Lifeline service is God-send. I feel a lot safer knowing they are there, with professional help at the touch of a button in my hour of need. They are all so caring and reassuring. Thank you for just being there. Knowing that is a comfort. My family make sure they each put the pendant on my neck after they have visited me. The grandsons do the same.
