VNC Lifeline is an award-winning telecare services provider. Our personal alarm is an emergency button worn on a user’s neck/wrist, which allows them to press for help in an emergency, 24hrs a day (e.g. a fall at home).
Lifeline allows the elderly and vulnerable to live safely and independently at home for as long as possible, whilst giving their families peace of mind, knowing that help is only the press of a button away. Our team of dedicated staff are at the end of the phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, providing assistance which has quite literally saved the lives of many customers. We are a caring service and place an extremely high value on the well being of all our customers.
With 25 years’ experience, we are a not-for-profit social enterprise based in Merseyside, but support customers throughout the UK. We are fully accredited by the TSA (Telecare Services Association) the industry’s regulators to ensure that we deliver a first class, reliable service. In addition to our growing private customer base, we deliver the telecare contracts for a range of clients such as local authorities, housing associations and care organisations.
